This weekly group helps upper-middle and high school students navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, identity issues, and social challenges.

Helping Neurodiverse Young Adults Thrive

This weekly group helps young adults launch into adulthood by developing the skills necessary to navigate college or job training, getting and keeping jobs, dating, and general mental health challenges.

Elementary and Middle School Group

This group designed for upper-elementary and middle school aged children focuses on building appropriate behavioral and social skills, including interacting with peers and dealing with bullying.

Dungeons & Dragons Therapeutic Gaming Groups

Gaming groups use the inherent power of group therapy and role-playing games to help participants become more confident and creative in establishing relationships, navigating interpersonal dynamics, and achieving life goals. Multiple age-based groups are available.
